The Committee is responsible for managing and developing program policies, recruiting and vetting potential therapists, evaluating program efficacy, and promoting the program within the medical community. The Committee meets each quarter to share best practices and to advise SCMMAF in the creation and implementation of Resilience in Medicine programming.
